Nothing needs to be released- it automatically happened at 9am based upon already filed documents with the state of North Carolina. Now, last month, they filled an amendment on the day it was supposed to happen at 1:40pm delaying the merger until today. So it is possible another delay is filed, but absent that, the merger automatically was effective this morning whether or not they make a specific announcement.
