Yes, I think any RM or reverse takeover will be good for shareholders (or lotto-holders). Any announcement of RM in the OTC usually sends the stock price up big. IMO.

Fytton is doing things the right way too. GEGP has zero toxic debt and filing under SEC requirements, making this a valuable stock to RM with.
