More BS! There is no prohibition against selling products made or derived from industrial hemp. Consequently, no license is necessary. CBD is sold in all 50 states. mCig has been selling CBD for several years and has never needed a license to do so.

The research at NYAcres is to develop high yield farming methods and markets for industrial hemp which can be propagated throughout New York state and elsewhere. FarmOn is a non-profit, but that doesn't preclude them from joining in partnership or joint ventures with for-profit companies. mCig most likely pays rent to FarmOn for the land and pays FarmOn employees for their services. FarmOn is just part of the cost of doing business for mCig and their payments are deducted as operating expenses on NYAcres financials and calculated into the pricing of NYAcres products.

Debunked Again!
