FarmOn is a non-profit, but that doesn't preclude them from joining in partnership or joint ventures with for-profit companies. mCig most likely pays rent to FarmOn for the land and pays FarmOn employees for their services. FarmOn is just part of the cost of doing business for mCig and their payments are deducted as operating expenses on NYAcres financials and calculated into the pricing of NYAcres products.
