Dilution is the name of the game.
Company needs money just to run and ARTH runs on monthly funds - this at least gives funds for sustaining operations for 2-4 months.

They are adding 9.1 million shares and some 7 million warrants.

We have lost count but if we add outstanding shares, options, warrants - we will e in 250 million range.

If they get US approval - we can see their mc going to 500 million which is $2 - 4 bagger from here.
