Got this reply from "Oscar Brito" couple days ago. Should of posted to this group as well.

"The TA is not gagged, the outstanding share number on OTC Markets is current and always updated by the TA. Additionally, the Q1 2018 filings has the current outstanding shares. Please, review. No additional shares have been issued since.
The company is looking st several strategies regarding acquisitions, share buy-backs etc. like we always do, however, nothing has yet been decided at this point."


I replied asking about the interview and needing tp update us on their plans.
