What are you talking about? Companies get bought out all the time that are in debt as long as the company still has potential. Id say IHSI has an EXTREME AMOUNT of potential here. 25 year agreement with VTXB, seems pretty POTENTIALLY wouldn't you say? I think you have it all wrong.
