FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW. THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF MANAGING MEMBER IS PASSIVE INVESTOR.
TIMOTHY WARBINGTON is a "passive investor", just like you or I could invest in 100's of RE Partnerships and be Passive Investors. It's not a crime to be a passive, minority investor and I'm sure when CELZ uplists to the NYSE he will fully disclosed all his passive ownerships.
