SO you feel him returning stock to treasury is a big deal? he merely changes it out for PFD shares that in future will convert back to the same amount of common..

.HE IS DOING it so MSMY has some available common shares to raise money, or use to compensate others? CMON, its a simple move because the company is maxed out.


I hope he can raise money asap
