I agree it can be a mess, but they should have reported at each deadline, not wait 3+ years and then say, oh shit, need to file, but now I cant because its all a mess.
I'm calling BS on this. They could have reported each and every quarter or in a timely fashion!
Now they are behind the 8 ball and starting to panic because the big bad SEC is breathing down their collective necks.
Hey, I'm holding a few million shares and want the financials as much as anyone to at least show the world they are OK.
