...has regarding getting any money back is successfully proving that money and assets are being transferred around in a manner that a professional business would not do. In other words, it's just to hide assets or give them to another company which is basically him. Which is what I suspect. Otherwise, why would PROSTAR go defunct so quickly. Any assets it has should be properly sold, not transferred or lost to public sales. [That's why I asked about assets, I have to be able to track what was formerly owned by PRO STAR and eventually ZARIC]
The other method is to prove fraud, but that's much harder.
Then, if anyone can prove either of the above, Zaric loses any protection from the corporation and he can be sued directly.
