To a company in dire financial condition like erhc, all those things you refer to as assets are virtually worthless. For proof just look at the share price or look at how many "assets" erhc has simply given away for a small consideration and even given back for nothing at all.

Having a goal to make money from stock investing is fine. Attempting to do so through falsehoods, fake rumors and threats to alleged shareholders who choose to post the facts is dishonest and shameful.
