I talked to SO today and he reassured me once again that if a shareholder lies about comments he claims he made and communication he claims he had with management at the 2015 erhe shareholders meeting then this constitutes part of a libel suit from Erhe management along with other disparaging and slanderous behavior against management and Dr Thou.

Oh, so now there might be a lawsuit if......

By the way you might want to inform your good friend SO that selectively disclosing material information to select shareholders is illegal.

You might also have him check the staute of of limitations on libel, slander and defamation. He seems to not understand that law at all.

You might also tell him that telling the truth and opinions are not defamation and that failing to disclose material information is illegal especially when you have to amend your SEC filings to correct the lack of disclosure. Fortunately, serious transgressions like that have a much longer statute of limitations.

Did SO also tell you about any deals that are in the works? How about any money that is coming in? Did he have anything to say about all the debt, all the lawsuits, the IRS lien, or the blockchain opportunity we were supposed to hear more about "soon". How about when some audited financials will be available since the last filing was based on 6/30/2017 information that is now almost a year old?

I feel honored that the entire discussion you had with SO was about me. But don't you think it's about time to start working on something important that can build shareholder value instead of wasting time and money on this nonsense. Perhaps this obsession with unimportant matters at the expense of getting things done explains a lot about ERHC's abysmal performance to date.

I am glad you have become the ERHC management surrogate for passing on information to other shareholders. Keep up the good work.
