I've been averaging down all along. Dilution I am only worried about if they end up needing to do that on very weak terms. Is that possible? Yes. But I also don't believe that the management has anything to gain by cratering the stock price.

Indeed, one might consider this throwing good money at the bad, and it does not adhere to the rules of being a good trader. However, this is not a trading proposition for me, personally. This is a longer-term high-risk, high-reward investment.

As such, today's stock price just doesn't bother me. I want to know what it will be a year from now. I want to forecast what they might be able to do to ameliorate this cash issue. The options they have on the table are favorable enough for me to keep on keeping on, and averaging down means I do not need this monumentally huge buyout to make a gain in the end. It worked for Ocata. I feel pretty strongly that it's going to work out here, too.

Of course, I can't guarantee anything, and when it's this red, no one wants to hear what optimistic viewpoints I have on the matter. All I know for sure is that there are quite a few events that could transpire that would make these price points disappear and make me wonder why I didn't get in at this time. I know better now, of course, that it's because we're scared. It's a scary time to be an ADXS holder.
