Unfortunately there are no set in stone guidelines for when OTC Markets will drop Caveat Emptor Status from any OTC plays.

OTC Markets will tell companies for example that due to some external supposed email promotion that the CE designation and stock promotion designations have to remain on for a minimum of 30 days...but then OTC Markets can and has turned right around and dropped both designations within a week of informing other OTC company's that they were supposedly gonna have to wait 30 days.

So all AAGC's CEO can do is continue trying to work with OTC Markets and navigate her way through their silliness...while simultaneously initiating her promised news flow here hoping that OTC Markets eventually gets around to dropping both designations.

It sucks that there isn't much clearer guidelines/rules set in stone for OTC Companies from OTC Markets, because the way OTC Markets continues to operate, really does harm many OTC subbies despite the fact that OTC Markets claims that they're trying to help initiate and establish clearly defined levels of transparency k glty!
