1. The bid is a Canadian group (read posts from a month ago) that has previously tried to run this. They have been unsuccessful. They also tried to run OTTV. That went just as poorly.

2. The Ask is clearly people that have gotten 1s and they are hoping to flip at 2. That probably represents 25% of what will be on that Ask wall if 2s ever started hitting.

But with the rumors of “another deal” coming in, we will have to see how it goes. Vanis will find a way to screw it up in my opinion.
