For all we know Adxs is in serious negotiations with Amgn for the purchase of the company. Amgn cannot afford to have the HOT go to the competition,especially on the same Applications. Adxs is playing major hardball by announcing this,and Amgn has to be frustrated because they don`t buy companies this prematurely,,but they may have to here. Amgn is in a pickle,IMO,even know Adxs`s share price looks like Adxs is pickled already,Amgn cannot afford to have anyone else get the HOT but them. I`m really thinking the share price has been so pinned because that`s what`s going on behind the scenes at Adxs,and we`ll find out soon enough. If Adxs announces another partner for HOT small cell,then obviously Amgn did`nt offer enough,and Adxs chose to keep playing hardball. I hope Amgn blows it and snoozes,and Adxs get`s Merck to partner for the Small cell HOT,and then we have our bidding war in total formation. GLTAL.
