In addition to collecting the 2.2 million, and the amount of fund.com there's also the possibility of suing David Berke for obvious reasons one in which he had no authority to authorize the settlement terms. We could go after the insurance money which has a maximum policy of which I believe is 5 million dollars. There's other angles that can be looked at and that have been suggested to the attorney representing Thomas and the shareholders. Right now with traders buying shares at over $2.00 more recently as high as $2.40 it's extremely safe to says that will receive more than this amount just by doing the math. Also attorney's fees won't make a big impact on the distribution. It will be very minimal in relationship to the total sum of the recovery.
