Tony needs to walk away from Baltia Airlines. If he doesn't end up serving time, he can start a new company without all the history, debts and BS. My guess is the most the current Baltia shareholders will be only too happy to invest in his new company. Drago can come back as a 13D filer in the new company and the future will be bright for decades.
