Only the marketmakers can short, not the public in GLEC. The public can only short companies that qualify by SEC regulations in a margin account. Glec doesn't qualify so any shorting or short covering can only be done by registered licensed marketmakers. That's my understanding. I could be wrong if SEC Regulations have changed. Do your own Due Diligence with the SEC. Just an opinion.
