Question...Does the agreement between Breathtec & UF for research and development come to an end on 7/15/18? Has it been extended?

Breathtec US has an agreement (“Agreement”) with the University of Florida (“UF”) whereby UF assists the Company with research and development that is extended annually. The current Agreement, a no-cost extension, is for the period April 16, 2018 to July 15, 2018 and unlike the previous agreements, it does not require the Company to make any payment to UF. For the period January 16, 2017 to January 15, 2018 the Company paid a total of US$55,608 or $71,820 at the Canadian dollar equivalent.
