Just for fun consider a hypothetical scenario: Why not a "hostile takeover"? Acquirer starts with accumulating up to 5% of the outstanding stock on the open market. Say 10 million shares with average price TBD???? Imagine the run up of SP. Once they reach 5% ownership, they have to disclose their stake. Then, they tender an offer for rest of the shares. Whether or not another buyer steps up, I honestly have no clue as to the eventual BO price, but am confident it will be high enough that most SHs will sell for a handsome profit.
