floats can change ,they can float more into it or out of it,so I go by the total authorized ,ETCC is 50ml so the float cant be more than that if the numbers are current ,to calculate the float minus insider held shares from outstanding shares of 9,400,000 = insane low float, numbers are from 8/25/17 I expect update soon ,shareholder meeting on 7 /17/18 , ETCC is still under the radar as news just came out yesterday after close , so only a few of us loading today so far ,
