They were losing money because they were the neglected children last in line for updates etc. The former owners even acknowledged that they focused more on their larger hospitals. Rnva will turn them around they have in house lab testing, and software alone will cut cost significantly. Also now Oneida has been able to bill Medicaid and Medicare since they received there certification number. Lots of ways to turn it around. The way I see it these hospitals have strong potential for rnva to pay their overhead monthly. They truly need one more aquisition to become cash positive and start reducing debt. But the pps will recover by end of year to at least a .05 I think. It will take another aquisition I feel to reach beyond that but we shall see.
