That would be because there is no control dispute, there was a PR released showing tony bought the rest of the company back from LVV. There is no control dispute right now. The share structure is amazing anybody can tell that by how this is trading in the pennies. The float is very tight and I have nothing but excitement for this company. Be smart people you are invested in an great company, try the drinks and know what your buying.
