28,000 shares were filled in about 30 seconds starting with 3000 then 4700 at .398 then more at .46 followed by 16k+ at .50. That 28k was followed by a sell of 98 shares at .396. Must have been a market order but can the MMs just jack the price 25% in three trades on the same order?
