I heard that Kim is selling or has sold NGCG to a marijuana REIT.

I haven't heard from Kim to confirm what is now only a rumor.

The share structure is in good shape - Kim hasn't engaged in any toxic financing - hasn't increased the A/S.

Kim hasn't engaged in any nefarious activity - but he also hasn't engaged in any activity.

I will keep trying to contact Kim to confirm NGCG being sold.

Also any self respecting REIT would make the first order of business - filing a Form 40 to become a SEC reporting company.

The financials have changed much in well over a year so doing 2 years of audited financials should be easy.

With the Calvin Ross, Ruppert and other insiders shares being administrately frozen - the O/S is fairly small - such that there doesn't seem to be a need to do a reverse split.

Please remember this is a rumor that hasn't been confirmed - just the only information I have heard about NGCG in over a year.
