not arguing the effectiveness of fb ads,(run them myself to promote businesses, so i am familiar with, and use them), and yes targeting is key. simply was stating that anyone...and i mean anyone can run them, whether they know how to properly use the platform is another story. just saying when we see a tv commercial then we know viva is serious, and not spending $5-$10 per day on fb ads.
