I understand your point, it's valid. However the mess besides the organization itself is with the lack of liquidity. If that aspect gets straightened out everything changes. I would think a buyout would be a greed ridden exercise, otherwise the control party may look to drive common shareholders out by bankruptcy, going dark, or using another underhanded manipulative technique to further beat on the common shareholders in ultimate submission, as if we haven't yet suffered enough.... please spare me.
