I would rather think it's the lack of news....... and that's from holding back due to shares not being registered yet. I expect some news in general of what's happening with studies, contracts etc. in the near term along with them shares getting registered. There is big money people running this company,( billionaire) who knows how to make things happen and get the right contracts in place moving forward. It's been a long year of relatively silence, but I expect that to start changing soon!!!
