They got 2.35c a share for Radient Pharmaceuticals shareholders who had bought shares during the class period, alright half of that basically went to legal fees, but its better than nothing especially if you lost a lot of money. And it stopped the wrongdoers getting away with it completely.

There will always be some eligible shareholders who for whatever reason choose not to be involved (too busy, don't hear about the lawsuit etc) making the payout for those that do get involved bigger.

Perhaps I am just clutching at straws, but anything seems worth a try for those of us who lost big money here :(
