No, No they don't....It's in black and white everywhere they share the revs from the device ONLY.

TGGI benefits from the value of its holdings in BDCI, but that's it.

TGGI is a shareholder in order for it to benefit it would need to receive a dividend which means all of the shareholders get one not just TGGI.

I'm not sure what you are reading, but its pretty cut and dry...And this is not the first time I have pointed this out.....
