WSTI is selling "stuff". They are not raising money with shares and have not been doing so for a few years! Therefore WSTI does not rely, in any way, on shares, their value, their number. Therefore, repeated again, a R/S makes no sense to even talk about.
Your post here, along with the Van Beethoven post are on point.
When Bates updates financials, we will get an idea of what revenue numbers are. If there are "earnings" we can then take the earnings and divide them by 4 billion shares to get an number called Earnings Per Share. Then we can put some multiple on that, called the PE ratio to get an effective share valuation. Taking that number times the 4 billion shares results in a "Market Cap" number. That number is needed before considering even the possibility of a R/S or how it might be done. Right now we have no idea other than speculation of the company value.
This endless nonsense of Reverse Split has NO meaning whatsoever because WSTI has no dependence on shares for its success or failure. WSTI is being funded by ImpactPPA through doing actual projects.
A R/S will be needed to get to the Big Boards, otherwise it is not needed at all.
