He is just making the point that everyone is in effect a flipper, a true investment into the company happens at an ipo or capital raise. He has stated several times that a R/S is the last resort unless combined with an uplisting. He has also spoke of protecting shareholder value. So we’ll see what they are thinking.
I’ve had this same discussion over and over again. A R/S of a garbage company is what it is. WSTI is not a garbage can, done right a R/S used to uplist can be a massive catapult out of pennyland. Heading to $1 with a 4 Billion O/S is not going to happen. The Share Structure has to be reduced, we’ll see what they have in mind! Plenty of ways to make this work that would benefit everyone involved!
