They did give some TRW-shares when renegotiating the ECAB-deal, and Garret is allowed to convert his loan into TRW-shares, so there are some seeds that have been planted already. However, they might not want to sell any TRW-shares at the current stage (jfr their excuse of altering ownership before external financing)

It looks like I don't have to sell any shares until late August at the earliest

I.e after the Q2-report, midways through Q3, and maybe also after the CC Q2. That should increase you chance of success quite a lot - assuming that they don't continue to mess things up that is...

No announcement by October and it could be problematic

You better continue to see if you can improve your situation then, trying to hold on even longer - you never know how may delays we might encounter.
