FULL LOCAL PLANET DD $UCPA

WE NOW HAVE 5% STAKE IN LOCAL PLANET!!!

Compare Local Planet to a top media agency of that size, such as:$OMD Omnicom Group, Inc., you will see that OMD has a market cap of 16.75billion with annual revenue of 15 billion. (Note: OMD has been flat in revenue growth(Roughly 15 billion in annual sales in 2015, 2016, 2017) LOCAL PLANET IS GROWING!

If we have 5% stake in a media agency doing 20 billion in revenue, that alone could be worth a BILLION DOLLARS+ when compared to the valuation of other top media agencies.

Independent media agency network Local Planet has extended its remit into Greater China and South Korea through an exclusive partnership with Hylink Digital.
Founded last year, Local Planet links privately-owned media agencies operating in 58 markets with 85 offices worldwide, working with a “local-up” approach.

Hylink will become Local Planet’s second-largest member agency. It said the partnership will provide opportunities to expand globally into the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

It will serve as the member agency for global business pitches as well as direct business for the China and South Korea market for all media services including planning, buying, SEO/SEM and creative, as well as sourcing new business opportunities for China-based brands looking for expansion into Europe, North and South America, Africa and the Middle East.

“Hylink is proud to join the most prominent global network of independent media agencies,” said the agency’s US managing director Humphrey Ho.

“This partnership undoubtedly helps supply a pathway for our clients looking to expand to global markets. Although still very young, Local Planet is already earning global respect from clients and industry stakeholders alike and we are thrilled to be working with Martyn Rattle, global CEO of Local Planet, Horizon Media, and all of the Local Planet partners and shareholder agencies across the globe.”

“This exciting development for our network further strengthens Local Planet’s rapidly growing global footprint and will provide our international clients with access to sector leading talent and innovation in one of the most dynamic, fastest growing and largest markets in the world with 1.3 billion consumers and 641 million active users of the internet,” added Rattle.

Bill Koenigsberg, president, chief executive and founder of Horizon Media and chairman of Local Planet said that the group was built on the premise that nobody knows their market better than a local entrepreneur.

“China is a market of enormous potential, one comprised of unique nuances and challenges, and one that is experiencing change at a rate unlike anywhere else on the planet,” added Koenigsberg. “I am pleased to welcome Su Tong and Hylink to Local Planet. Hylink is an incredibly talented and prestigious partner for us in China.”
