Obeto has said he will recapitalize existing shareholders to extinction. He told them they will share in the new company in proportion to the value of this company and to his IBETO Cement company in Nigeria.

Since the value of this company is ZERO, I can't pretend to do the math when the denominator is zero. It is impossible to dilute the existing shareholders by infinity.
