Friday Night Inc (OTCMKTS:TGIFF) has completed the takeover of a Las Vegas, Nevada based production building, as previously announced, for US$2.25 million.
It’s existing building that spans 12,160 sq. ft. is situated close to the construction site. It houses new cannabis cultivation facility of Alternative Medicine Association. The product line of Alternative Medicine Association includes cannabis concentrates and flower. It also produces recognized brands under licensing accords for Kurupts Moonrocks, Krypted Inc., and Vader Extracts Nevada. The newly purchased property will be used for the manufacturing, processing and extraction purposes.
The “CBD Lab” for Hemp Processing at the New Production Facility
Infused MFG, a subsidy of Friday Night Inc., will operate the CBD Lab that will be established at the new production facility for hemp processing. The production capacity of the CBD Lab is set at 440 lbs./200 kg of CBD extracts. The CBD extracts will be used for the production of distillates, full spectrum oils, and isolates.
The company will generate significant revenues from the CBD Lab with the current price of between US$5,000 and US$7,000. The CBD Lab will commence the production from the fall of 2018.
Chief Executive Officer and President of Infused MFG, Chris Rebentisch said the CBD Lab to help to reduce the production costs of Canna Hemp Line by over one third. The company will be in a better position to offer the products at reduced rates.
Friday Night Inc Signs A Licensing Accord with Denver Dab Company To Produce CBD and Hemp Products in Colorado
Friday Night Inc has entered into 12-month licensing accord with Denver Dab Company (DDC) through its subsidiary Infused MFG to manufacture Hemp and CBD extracts in Colorado.
As per the terms of the accord, DDC will produce and distribute hemp-based products and Canna Hemp CBD products of Infused MFG. DDC will distribute the products exclusively to Colorado based retail cannabis dispensaries.
The branded products that will be manufactured by DDC include Vape Cartridges, Disposable Vape Pens, lip balms, body lotions, CBD Relief Cream, Canna Hemp™ Paws pet products, capsules, and Elixirs.
DDC is engaged in the production of pure cannabis oil and good quality concentrates for recreational and medical markets in Colorado.
