IBM's board are fossils!!

Pathetic facts about the IBM board.

average age 66.5 Years (!!)

The last board member to leave in the last 13 years was due to death!!

Youngest board member is 56 and was added 2 years ago.

Ginni turns 61 on July 29th.

Time to flush the board if you want anything different than authorizing buybacks, raising dividends, and cutting professionals.
