why would you think that there would be an earnings report? Buyout proceedings ongoing and they in OTC. They likely won't be in business within five weeks. No reason to post earnings to anyone accept the qualified bidders. The only news that is coming is through the court proceedings. It would be great if they did but I don't think anything is coming.
