The trades you’ve referenced are not wash trading, dina. That involves manipulation to buy the stock. The claim that If the bid is low and there are no filings, it´s easy to manipulate the stock with wash trades in the hope other people sell low, is simply false. Wash trades are meant to manipulate the market and encourage other investors to move into a buying position.
