Your narrow rationality and view of the company along with your theories can (and will) all be easily thrown out as the tide turns. You have it in for this company, the guys running it, and the shareholders who are contemplating their destiny. What joy do you get berating, tearing down. and ultimately trying to destroy others? Yes, the business seems to be a wild card given all the missteps and red flags over such time... but maybe there is a backbone of substance and truth which you constantly discount are an aberration. Garrett and many others believe there is real substance backing this very mismanaged company and that they can pull their act together to realize something positive for their long suffering shareholders. Your a Negative Nancy and nothing will change that... If and when this does move sustainably up you will quietly hit the exits. And everyone will breath a sigh of relief.
