CBIS’s accountant accusing CBIS’s Raymond Dabney of fraud (see link). I’ve known about Mr. Dabney’s past scams but This lawsuit could very well explain why CBIS has failed to file its 2017 finanacial results, and has still not filed it’s 2018 1st Quarter financials. It’s never good when a company’s accountant/financial consultant accuses a client CEO of financial fraud. IMO, the SEC should suspend CBIS for 14 days to investigate CBIS finances.
