Here, I will provide a note to investor's from the CEO (feel free to cut and paste SOUM management): Dear investors. Been a while but rest at ease. SOUM is alive and well. Administrative difficulties have prevented us from moving forward with the approved R/S. Our recent announcement of an additional acquisition has confounded the matter. Still, operations continue to generate revenues and future growth looks promising. Have faith. Time will prove to be your savior.
