I do not share this level of pessimism. If you follow AVEO's share price, the stock priced in approval two months in advance, once the CHMP opinion was released. That is basically the tell as to whether the approval will go through or not.

So we should know sooner than June 2019 about the status of this approval.

The last quarter's announcement that they would consider rolling down the AIM2CERV trial holds no bearing at all on whether it will be approved. It was never a slam dunk, and literally nothing has changed with respect to the prospects.
