If the $600 million was close/correct. Didn't JB own over 50% of stock at that time (i actually don't know)?

Kind of reminds me of the guy who invented variable speed wiper blades, who turned down a out of court settlement offer from GM of $900 million -- only to lose the court case and get nothing (from GM, FORD, Chrysler).
