I moved all my surviving money into ACLS (Axcellis Technologies) instead, at least target there is $28, unlike penny trash DPW. ACLS moves in pumping/deflating fashion though, every week, fascinating, I've learnex its cycles so well like a clock, always profiting me... unlike DPW which & Todd A. kept me awake in cold sweat at night.
Also, GE after profuse bleeding since October2017 price is right to buy, will oscillate $11-13 before $17-19 in Fall2018 as Flannery is breaking up this monster venerable industrial conhlomerate that GE was. I'll comeback to DPW only if Todd Ault does a heroiccaction yo save his own company from being an UNDER $1 trash that many brokers view as undesirable
