1 question for you, can victims of this scam petition SEC to have them shut down trading in stock? Company is not operating anymore, they never communicated with stockholders and they don’t report anymore. In last 6+ years all they did was dilute equity to fund their lavish beach-front lifestyle in Thailand. Is this ground not sufficient for victims of this scam to petition SEC to shut down trading in this scam?
