I think I would be asking the question as to why insiders bought prior to Russel rebalancing, knowing that the rebalancing would put pressure on share price.

I would suggest that maybe insiders only had a small window to buy a few. They could have held off and bought after it happened but they did not.

I know it was not huge amounts of buying, but Paton’s was a significant amount.
