Yes, why would he put in so much work if he wasn't trying to improve the company, move it and the stock price up into the future?

What "work"??? He and McCusker presided over one of the biggest screwups in reverse merger history. And now he's produced current financial statements? That's supposed to be a big deal?

Newsflash: it's NORMAL. Nothing deserving of praise.
