Almost 86 percent of compsnies do not and cannot sell at all.. for a merger to be loi initiated could mean potential gain no one acquires companies for a loss or negative impact the fact the deal is on the table just show potential gain to me I agree lot of speculation but from the technicals yah it's a subie so I'm not saying it's right but it has room alot of room and only things that drops this is no news so I like the odds with recent filings and statements of more news to come from the company that was published this month
